 When will my Squizzel box ship?

Single box orders will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Should you need the box urgently, do email us at info@squizzelbox.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

For all subscription orders, your first box will be dispatched within 1 to 2 working days. Subsequent monthly shipments will be dispatched on the 2nd of every month.

 

When will my Squizzel box arrive?

Delivery within Singapore will take approximately 1 to 2 working days from the date of dispatch. 

For delivery outside of Singapore, please refer to the delivery schedule during checkout. 

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding weekends and public holidays. 

 

How can I track my package?

After your order is dispatched, you will receive a notification email with a link to check the delivery status of your package.

 

What is the shipping cost? 

Delivery within Singapore is SGD$2.99.
For delivery outside of Singapore, please refer to the shipping rate during checkout. 

We run free shipping promotion from time to time, subscribe to our mailing list to be notified of the latest promotions.

Shipping rates will be calculated upon checkout. For subscription plans, prevailing shipping rates will be applied at the point of renewal.
