There’s no reason the little ones have to miss out on the fun of painting! Here, we share mummy Laura's (@inspiremyplay) taste-safe finger paint alternative for babies and toddlers.
What you need
Food colouring (use natural food colouring if you prefer)
Step by Step
1) Place a tablespoon full of natural yoghurt in a palette.
2) Drop a few drops of food colouring and stir to mix evenly.
3) Repeat steps 1 and 2 with other colours.
Advice from @inspiremyplay: The purpose of taste-safe recipes for sensory play is not that your child eats them (that’s edible play) but rather it’s a safety net in case they do! Of course this is edible and they could eat it but you don’t need to tell them this! Just know that if they do it won’t do them any harm.
