Cancellations, refunds and returns

 

When can I cancel my subscription?  

Anytime! Your credit card will be charged on the 1st of every month for monthly subscription. You may cancel your monthly subscription before 1st of the month by logging in to your account to cancel the subscription for the next month. 

Please note that prepaid 3-, 6-, and 12-month subscriptions are non-refundable. Your prepaid subscription will automatically renew at the end of your prepaid subscription period and you will continue to enjoy the boxes for the same period.

However, if you would like to discontinue after the end of your prepaid subscription, you may also log in to manage your account.

How do I cancel my subscription?

First, if you have not already created an account, you will need to create one here. Remember to use the email address that you have used to purchase your subscription.

You can then skip, pause or cancel your subscription from there.

What is your return policy? 

We are unable to accept returns for any of our products. However, if you receive any damaged or defective materials in the box, email us at sales@squizzelbox.com and we will be happy to replace those items for you.
